-
Yes, it’s sleep training, just not the cry-it-out kind. The Association Fading method is gentle and gradual. There may be some tears, because little ones respond to change that way, but your child is never left alone in a room to cry.
-
Most babies and toddlers rely on something to fall asleep, like rocking, feeding, or a parent in the room. Association Fading slowly reduces that reliance in small, manageable steps, so your child learns to fall asleep on their own while still feeling supported. Your unique plan will be based on your child and your family, so this is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Every child is different. Some families see changes within the first few nights, and others take a bit longer as everyone adjusts. That’s why every package includes two to three weeks of support, so you’re never figuring it out alone.
-
Yes. Your initial consultation, sleep plan meeting, and follow-up calls all happen virtually, so you can work with me from anywhere and on your schedule.
-
After your initial consultation, you’ll get a sleep plan built for your child. During your support window (two weeks for newborns and infants, three for toddlers), you’ll have unlimited email support, follow-up calls, and a graduation call with resources to keep you going afterward.
I reply to emails within one business day. Want quicker back-and-forth? Text message support is also available as an add-on.
-
Consistency is what makes this work, so it helps when everyone who puts your child to sleep is on the same page. We’ll talk through how to bring partners, grandparents, or other caregivers into the plan.
-
Absolutely! Sleep training doesn’t mean depriving your baby of things they need. We’ll look at your child’s age and needs together and build feeds into the plan where they make sense.
You’re always welcome to run the plan by your pediatrician, too. If your doctor has concerns, we’ll follow their guidance.
-
Life happens. We’ll adjust the plan to give your little one extra comfort when they need it, then help you get back on track once things settle. At the end of the day, the goal is for your family to enjoy your time together, and that’s a lot easier when everyone is rested.
-
Yes. We’ll talk about your child’s care schedule and how to keep naps and routines as consistent as possible, even when someone else is handling some of them.
-
It’s a free 30-minute call where you share what your days and nights look like right now. I’ll explain how I work and answer your questions, and we’ll decide together whether working together is a good fit. No pressure and no commitment.

That’s what the support window is for. If something isn’t clicking, we’ll troubleshoot together and adjust the plan.
If you need more time, extra support is something we can explore together, depending on where you are with putting the plan into practice.
